Not a BIG fan of strength training? Neither was I, until one day I looked in the mirror and realized just how toned I was becoming. Not sure where to start? Sparkpeople really has some great ST demonstrations in their fitness section to help you out. Don't have equipment? I didn't at first either. Sparkpeople has ST demos where no equipment is needed. Cardio helps you lose weight, but ST helps to get you toned! So get out there and show your muscles who's boss!
Whenever I grab a glass of water to drink, I make sure I mark it in the nutrition tracker, so I stay accountable to drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. It has really helped me in my quest to lose weight.
