Learn to breathe more

Have you ever sat behind your desk and couldn't concentrate or have writers block? It's because you're depriving your brain of oxygen. Get up and go outside and take it in. By breathing your supplying your brain with more oxygen. Do this daily and you will focus more than ever.

When you say "i'm trying..." your really saying...

This is a great quote and I've applied this and not use the word "trying". Trying is failing with honor - James Arthur Ray
What he means by this is that instead of saying you'll "try", you need to "do". So do your best...is better than trying.

Sleep does a body good.

So keep regular sleep habits. Erratic sleep habits prevent the training of our “biological clocks.” Make every effort to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends. The temptation to sleep in, or lounge around in bed on your day off can throw off your biological clock.
