What he means by this is that instead of saying you'll "try", you need to "do". So do your best...is better than trying.
So keep regular sleep habits. Erratic sleep habits prevent the training of our “biological clocks.” Make every effort to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends. The temptation to sleep in, or lounge around in bed on your day off can throw off your biological clock.
