Try New Foods

I'm almost 50 and I've started trying one new food every month.

Previously I didn't "like" tomatoes. Now, I still won't eat them plain, but, I will use them in cooking and eat them in salads.

I have added some foods to my staples. Others, I've tried I didn't care for and won't eat again.

Weights and Measures

I bought a decent digital scale that measures in both kg and ounces.

I weigh out all my foods for accurate accounting.

Changing Up Cardio

I cut out different cardio workouts from magazines and tape them on index cards. The cards are connected by rings. I bring them with me and pick a different workout each day.
