Switch it Up and Tone it up

Try switching up your exercise by doing different things. But most important just to keep moving. Do squats while watching tv, use resistance bands, and lift weights to tone up and burn calories. Every little bit count.

Your food can taste delicious and still continue to be healthy by using Mrs. Dash seasoning, and herbs like onion powder and garlic powder. I love the table blend to put on my chicken.
