If you're having trouble drinking enough water, try eating spicy foods a couple of times a day. You'll need to drink extra water to put out the fire in your mouth! Eating a salty snack or something thick/dry, like peanut butter, would also require some extra water. Guzzle up!
My husband and I have started using fat-free milk, but we have a 4 y.o. who has been drinking 2% milk and a toddler who still needs whole milk. I don't want to buy 3 gallons of milk, so I buy whole (3.5%) and FF (0%). When my son wants some milk, I mix the two to get what is right at 2%.
