I exercise first thing in the morning. Before I go to bed at night, I get my workout clothes ready and put them in the same spot so when I can get up everything is ready to go and I don't waste time trying to find things in the dark (my husband is still sleeping at this time).
Real food comes in all kinds of wonderful colors...try all of them.
Don't eat things you don't like just to be nice. Eat good, fresh food in smaller portions.
