I make sure that when I do not lose weight, I go over what happened in that specific week. I ask myself what did I do that I did not lose weight. I deal with it and move on. I use to beat myself up and wallow in it. That does not help me or anyone close to me. I just need to get back up and continue on. There is another week in front of me to conquer.
