Motivational Wallpaper

I save motivational images I find on blogs and SP and regularly change my PC and iPad wallpaper to something motivational that suits my need or mood for the day. They help to keep me motivated and changing them regularly makes me notice them.

Food Tracking Rarely Eaten Foods

I have manually entered a food called X which I have ascribed 1 calorie per gram and that way if I know I have eaten 200 calories of a food that I don't plan to eat again or often, I can enter 200 grams of X and it will add 200 calories to my nutrition tracker. Doesn't track the other nutrients of course but right now calories are my main consideration.

Use Your Public Library

Your public library has a wealth of free information.
You'll save money by not buying books you might only read once and can purchase the "keepers" like The Spark emoticon emoticon after previewing them. Good for the environment and less clutter too.

Motivational Mug

I have a photo travel mug that I bought at Starbucks.
I customize it with my SP wall paper or something else that reminds me to behave, grab it first thing in the morning and sip on it till bedtime.
