The Huddle!!

Although, I totally agree that message boards provide an AMAZING support system - I have been floored by how much support I have gotten from a simple "I need Help" on a Team Huddle board. SparkPeople is so vast and has so much to offer... it is best to try and get support and find ways to support others by checking out all avenues through the community!!

Walking on the Water!

Well, I hope I have your attention now! My favorite activity is walking in the water as if I was trying to run or ride a bicycle. I have bought a couple of water noodles and I sit on one just like on a bike and peddle around in circles or back and forth. It really works your legs and arms as you stear yourself around the pool. The water provides quite the resistance and even though you might not feel too tired in the water, when you get out of the water, you can tell the difference!

Getting the most out of SparkPoints

I go to the SparkPoints page each day and line by line, I do what I can to earn points. By doing this, I visit a lot of other blogs, I talk to others in my teams, I engage more on the message boards, and I feel more connected overall. Plus, then I have more SparkPoints to send Goodies!!
