When you travel, make it a point to pack everything you'll need to workout on your trip (clothes, shoes, ipod, stretchy bands, list of exercises, etc....) FIRST. That way you won't forget anything. You'll be more likely to work out if you've invested some suitcase real estate on workout gear, too!

I found these little gems in the freezer aisle at Costco. They are microwavable, delicious, and filling! Each single serving has 140 calories with only 2 g fat and 9 g protein. Great with a salad for lunch at work. Yum!
