It is never about starting over

It is never about starting over when we don't make our food or exercise goals. It is about picking it up at the next time for a meal and making it right. Squeezing in the shortest of workouts as long as you make some effort to keep you in
the zone, maybe not a bulls-eye but in the zone.

Vision Board

I made a vision board with my goals. They include words, pictures, etc. showing what I want to achieve. Healthy food,
