Getting in your 8 glasses of water

I pre-measure in a pitcher my daily water intake and leave on the counter. Therefore I can see through the day if I am remembering to gt my water. Then I am not trying to get it all down at the end of the day. I also take a bottle water every time I leave the house and drink in the car.

Keeping thing prepared ahead of time

The first of every week, I make a big salad, chop onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers, cabbage.
If I have my vegi's ready to go then I am more successful in getting my daily counts done.

Get up and keep moving

When at home and I get bored, anxious, need to eat, I get up and get moving, run the vacuum whether I need to or not, find some kind of a chore to get me moving and I get re energized.

Push past that barrier

I have been working hard on the elliptical at the gym. Some days when I get on and I think oh my I can only stay on here five minutes. I dig deep, push for 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and then I hit my stride and stay on for 20 minutes. I just have to push myself.
