I depend heavily on frozen TV dinners to help me stick to my calorie limit.Every one else can eat whatever they want for the family meal while I microwave my little TV dinner and do my own diet thing. I've tried legions of dinners and must say this one is one of the best ever.
I never, ever try to lose any more than five pounds...no more. Just 5 crappy pounds; it's doable, who can't lose five crappy pounds? So who's to say if once I'm there, I just might decide to start all over again to lose five crappy pounds--it's doable...who can't lose five crappy pounds?
I am doing way better with my walking program since I started walking indoors with the walking videos on Dr. Oz's RealAge site. I still walk outdoors in comfortable weather but with indoor walking the heat, rain, wind, mean dogs, traffic, and blisters pose no obstacles.
