I have a sign on my refrigerator that reads:
"Thou shall not weight more than thy refrigerator!"
I see this every time I open the door and give me pause to think about what is coming out and going into my mouth.
I find that when I am anxious about the day, about my weight loss, and things in general, I take some deep breaths and sit quietly for a few minutes. I find that helps to get me back in balance.
