Make Use of Exercise TV availlable on Cable You can select quick 10 minute exercise sessions like working on your abs and 20 minute cardio sessions. There is so much variety that you should never get bored. Many people don't realize that this is available to them.
Surround yourself with healthy choices and signs Fill your fridge with food and vegetables. Print healthy recipes. Put up pictures that motivate you. Buy magazines that encourage good habits and that motivate you. Fill your house with positive images. Put dumbbells by the sofa. Make it impossible to fail!

Don't eyeball it. I was surprised how much hummus I was consuming. 2 tablespoons is not that much. Don't fool yourself. Get out those measuring cups and your scale. It will make a huge difference.

Dance for 5 minutes or 10. Dance without inhibition, play your favorite song and go wild, hop around, swing your arms, shake your hips. You will feel totally revived and burn a few calories.

Add chopped red, orange and yellow peppers to a meat sauce made from lean ground turkey for a healthy pasta with meat sauce. I even shop up zucchini and add it to the sauce.
