You can select quick 10 minute exercise sessions like working on your abs and 20 minute cardio sessions. There is so much variety that you should never get bored. Many people don't realize that this is available to them.
Fill your fridge with food and vegetables. Print healthy recipes. Put up pictures that motivate you. Buy magazines that encourage good habits and that motivate you. Fill your house with positive images. Put dumbbells by the sofa. Make it impossible to fail!
Pick just one thing you want to focus on today and then do it. It could be anything- walk more, drink more water, up your fruits, get more sleep.
