I have found that the "Food Demon" will tell you to 'Start again, tomorrow' when you stumble. So, why wait until another day? Why not climb right back on the wagon at your next meal, & ride to your next success story? Little successes will add up to big ones and consistency is the root of success!
I put a couple drops of pure peppermint extract, or even add some fresh peppermint leaves, to my water. Icy cold water with a hint of peppermint is so lively, and the peppermint scent actually helps cut food cravings -- and no calories!
I told my daughter if she can help me get under 200 I'll take her for a girls day out at the local hotel/indoor waterpark. She works me harder than Jillian some days. So far I'm down 26 and have 10 to go.
When taking a class, don't stop if you can't do the full version workout...just do the modified version and keep going back. You'll be amazed at what you can build up to if you just keep trying. Persistence pays off.
