Definitely use cooking spray when cooking, stir fry etc. Less calories using no oil and clean up also very easy.
I ordered the Bean from a tv infomercial - it is like an exercise ball. For an older or heavier weight who can't get to the floor and up it works well using balance. It is wider, bean shape instead of round. Doing exercises properly is just as good as the ball.
