Don't deprive yourself!

I knew that I wouldn't stay on a "diet" where I felt deprived. I wanted a dietary plan for living that I would stay on my whole life. A couple of times a week, I include a "splurge" item into my calorie count so I feel like I'm eating like a normal person. Plus, I feel like I help eliminate sweet-tooth binges. I've been maintaining for a year, so it's worked for me!
