I buy the family-size packages of meat (chicken, pork chops, grass-fed beef, etc...). I save $ by trimming the fat & grizzle off the meat myself. Since I'm already in full-butcher mode, I grab my kitchen scale & cut up 4-5 ounce servings & bag them into sandwich baggies. I can season them at this time or leave them plain. Then I grab a bigger freezer bag & label what I'm putting in (ex:4oz Plain Chicken Breast) so all I have to do after a busy day is defrost my "pre-packed" serving! Super Easy!
