Keep trying different types of exercises until you find something that you enjoy! You may also find that either you do better working out with other people or that you prefer going it alone. Everyone is different and the trick is finding what works best for you!
In the winter, I wear my workout shirt under my sweater at work. I need the extra layer anyway. Plus it saves time getting ready for exercising. Another bonus is that I have fewer shirts to wash.
To get milk that tastes wonderful and has the most vitamins, buy milk that isn't in a clear container. Those clear plastic jugs let in light and that breaks down the nutrients. We are fortunate to have milk sold in bags. It tastes the most like fresh from the farm.
