Sometimes you HAVE to eat out. You can ask for "no mayo" but you never know exactly how many calories or fat grams you removed off their nutritional info food and "un-check" anything you left off your sandwich or salad and it recalculates your meal's nutritional information.
Tell everyone that you know that you're losing weight. Not just that you're losing weight, but what made you decide to do it. (Even, if not *especially* you're most embarrassing story) You can deceive people online, but not in person. It'll keep you accountable!
