Fruit Juice

When I drink fruit juice, I dilute it with either seltzer or water. It's so sweet that it doesn't lose much when it's diluted and it makes a 1 cup beverage into a 2 cup beverage!

A Balanced Plate

When I put together a meal, I like to make sure it's balanced. I usually fill the plate 1/4 protein (meat, beans, etc), 1/4 carbs and 1/2 fruits or veggies. It leaves me satisfied and I usually don't end up scrambling to fill my protein quota at the end of the day.
