Went to a $1 Earth Day sale this morning at the local hipster / vintage store. Had to simultaneously root through bins of $1 clothing items and fight off the vultures trying to poach my awesome loot. Am now EXHAUSTED and thinking that's my cardio for the day...

If I don't want to go to the gym, I will trick myself by pretending I'll just go for one class, or I'll just go for 30 minutes on the elliptical. Once I'm there and my heart rate's up, I inevitably stay longer than the minimum I started with.
My husband has been saying my legs look thinner; I disagree. Yesterday, I wore these tight, structurally supportive yoga pants to Body Pump class and couldn't believe how skinny my lower body looked! I guess you really have to find clothes that work for you to show off your progress!

Try sitting up (not touching the seat back) while you are driving in the car. It is surprisingly hard to do for the whole time (I think the seat belt provides extra resistance) and works your abs while you drive!
I used to get dessert at restaurants every time! But the dessert was always sooo big. Now, when the waiter asks me if I want dessert, I say, "No thanks!"
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
