Even on the long days when I leave the house before 7am and don't get home till after 10pm, I log on to Sparkpeople and make sure to at least record my food intake and activities. This keeps me honest and on track !
Keep logging on to Sparkpeople no matter what ...whether you have lost or grained weight, started or blown your exercise plan, when you are ecstatic or down in the dumps...just stick with it! There is a positive benefit to the consistency of the process..............it works on so many different levels !
I try to log on to Sparkpeople every day.....no matter how hectic my day has been, as long as I have Internet access I will track my food and exercise. This keeps me accountable .....ad I never feel like i am on this journey by myself !
Even on days I feel completely motivated or too rushed and stressed out to THINK about eating well or exercising, I MAKE myself log in and track my food and exercise ....just holding myself accountable keeps me focused on my goal of better health and fitness even during the most stressful of times.
