Separate your planned fruits and veggies from your normal meal and make them three snacks. that way you have 6 small meals.So essentially it looks similar like this: breakfast- cheerios and milk bs-watermelon and V8 lunch-sandwich ls-carrots and apple slices Dinner- Lean meat DS- broccoli and banana, 1/2 cup frozen yogurt
When you have that urge to give up during exercise push harder because your goal is more important than the in the moment pain. Once you are pushing harder and you feel you can't do it any more push even harder because by that point you are usually almost done anyways.
