Drink Water First

If you have a problem drinking water like me, I am not fond of the taste of water, Drink water first. don't drink anything else, except maybe your morning coffee or tea until you have had you 8 cups of water, I myself measure out 8 cups of water. With the measuring cup 8 is smaller

Arrange it Around One day

I have been able to save a lot of money now that all my bills are due the same day. Ironically around the first of the month. I get paid twice a month so my second check is usually put into savings along with the money from my first check.
