Lemon water does work!!!!

Drink a cup of warm/cold water with a little bit of fresh squeezed lemon juice and it curves your hunger pangs. I think that the lemon tricks your stomach so it think that it has eaten and will hold keep you satisfied until your next meal. emoticon

Snack before big meals

If you tend to over eat I suggest drinking one water bottle and snacking on a fruit or something light about 30min- 1hr before your meal. This will make you feel full and you will be less likely to over eat.
