When I feel down on myself, because of a bad day or bad workout - I remember there is always someone else out there who can't workout at all and wishes they could or is having a worse day than I. I am always lucky to be having a better day than them and was able to workout.
Be mindful of your eating. Think before you put anything in your mouth. Question yourself are you really hungry or just bored, anxious, nervous, etc. While you are at it - log that food too before it goes into your mouth - not after the fact.
