GO FISH!

Fish is a wonderful source of protein and Omega-3s. It's lean and it's a healthy alternative to fattier meats.
Fish is generally inexpensive and may be bought fresh locally for added benefit.

FREE DAY!

When I've hit a plateau -- I take a FREE day. I only eat three evenly spaced meals -- but I eat what I really want.
Yes, it can go over calories, carbs, fat... but it serves as a wake-up call to your body. It shakes things up.

You CAN'T lose it all in one day -- one week -- one month! Howver, you CAN lose a pound a week! And that adds up very fast! 52 pounds in just one year!
