We grilled lean burgers last night. While we were at it, we grilled chicken sausages for dinner tonight. Now we have low fat fare with smokey flavor to look forward to enjoying tonight! When grilling out, plan for 2 meals.

Hadn't lost a pound in months....started a SP challenge, and bootcamp....strength training and cardio daily(5 days at least)....and voila, down 5 pounds--here's to the next 5!
Pick 1 specific goal (etc to do 10 minutes exercise every day), set a time (when I get home from work) and a place - be specific so that it's measureable. Do this for a month then increase by 10 minutes. Stick to 1 goal at a time or it won't become a habit!! Do too much and you lose track.
Instead of music I listen to audio books while working out. There's lots of places to get them free like a library or librivox.org. For me, it's motivation to workout because I'll want to know what happens next in the story. It's killing two birds with one stone; reading and exercising.
When traveling for work or vacation, always bring running shoes and a good resistance band. They both are light and compact enough to fit in a suitcase, and will give you a convenient, portable gym away from home.
You and your body are not enemies! Your body is your friend who needs your help. And don't forget to reward it after tough exercises: go to the spa or beauty salon, buy lotion for body, face cream, or just new shower gel with tasty flavour, and your body will be grateful

Every morning, before I get out of bed, I sit in a quiet yoga pose for 15 minutes and visualize my day. I congratulate myself on yesterday's successes, forgive the slips and commit to my plan today. I see myself preparing breakfast and packing my lunch. I breathe deeply and get calm.
