I leave off the bread at meals, and it leaves a few more calories available thru the day - so when I want a snack, I have a few calories to play with. It makes a big difference in my day! I eat a granola bar or extra fruit about 3 pm, and it holds me til dinner. That way, I don't overeat at dinner!
When you are super busy, mini workouts thru the day can help you reach your fitness goals for the day. Rather than taking a full hour to work out at once, workout 2 30 minutes sessions or 4 15 min sessions. Hopping on the bike or walking when you can will help boost your fitness minutes!
