I figured out that I need to burn off more calories than I ate, so I though after I eat is the time I should excersice, but wait for an hour to do so 10 minutes of walking or what ever you like to do will help you reguardless I stretch after brekki, then walk in the after noon and walk in the evening emoticon

Mayonaisse

Mayo on your haie, yup avoid eating it, but here is the thing, I use mayo in my hair once a week leave it in for 10 minutes then wash as normal I do it twice to make sure it is all out then condition as usual you will have healthy shiny and SOFT hair andd it help to grow out your hair

I post a picture of me when I am at my skinniest on the refridgerator and one of me overweight then 120 and now 180 and when I see the side by side comparison it reminds me to take stock about what I am eating I have also put a picture of some one who is about 500lbs to show what can happen if I dont watch out so it has helped alot

3 day dieting

the 3 day diet I tried at first it claims that you will loose 10 lbs on it ( not true) and not good to lose weight that fast, but wwhat I learned about was proper proportions, and it gives you an idea of what you should be putting in to your body so even when the diet is over I try to eat the way that the diet has shopwn me to believe me on that diet I was NOT hungry, and I got to eat icecream the tuna fish diet get it online eat in variety after your diet emoticon
