I just discovered how to get more water in. I drink a full bottle (2 glasses) before each meal. 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner. That already takes care of 6 glasses a day, PLUS it makes you full before a meal = it prevents you from overeating. So drink up!

When I have croutons with my salad, i crumble them to make it look like there's more on a plate. I'm such a visual person and it really does the trick of convincing my mind that there's plenty croutons in there where in reality it's only a couple. You'll save a lot of calories in your salad doing so
Everytime I feel like buying a candy, or junk food or soda or anything else I should note be having, I set aside the money I would've spent on it ( for ex. $1.00 for candy, about $5 for fast food meal) and then at the end of week I see how much I saved & spend it on CD, tan, clothes, perfume
