Instead of chewing gum all the time drink mint tea! The feeling of something warm in your stomach leaves you full and the scent of mint really makes you sated! :) JUST GIVE IT A TRY!

Make it stick

Every time I make a choice of what to eat, I ask myself if I could eat that way forever. If I decide I can't, it's just not going to stick and will be over as soon as I reached my ideal weight, like a momentary sacrifice and the pounds won't be off for long. So always ask yourself this question to make your healthy habit stick.

No more excuses... ;)

After I'm done with my grocery shopping I wash all my fruits and greens, so I can just pick them up and enjoy them. This is especially good with lettuce - just keep it in a Tupperware in your fridge so you can pick it out and make yourself a delicious salad.

No more eating out of boredom!

In the afternoon when I feel like I could eat something but am not really hungry I go out for a 30 to 60 minute walk and after that fresh air if I need something to eat I'll have a tea or a soy joghurt with fresh fruits.

Bye bye late night cravings :)

I go easy on the carbs all day long and try to keep them on the lower level of what SP suggests. NO CRAVINGS. GONE. It's amazing.
