30-cal Snack - yummy!

I donít know about you guys but one of my major down falls wants something sweet to eat right after a meal for an example a bowl of cereal. Iím sure itís a mental thing and Iíve somehow trained myself to grave it but nonetheless Iíve discovered sugar free Jell-O (1 serving) with Cool Whip Lite (2 tbl) is a very satisfying snack for your sweet tooth. The best part is itís only 30 Calories!! Heck, have two servings emoticon

When you think you can't, remember YOU CAN

For those of you who feel the inner man telling you to start something new, run or walk an extra mile, lift heavier weights and then that small emoticon voice tells you you can't. Shut him up and DO IT. I went from the couch to running 3 miles in 9 weeks (Couch to 5K Team). Believe in yourself and inspire those around you. emoticon
