Sometimes this seems to be easier said than done. I had realized that I was very good at negative self talk. So I developed a rule for myself every time I have a negative thought I stop and turn it into a positive thought. I have a favorite quote that helps with is. If you can change your mind you can change your life. The more positive I become the healthier I feel
The one thing that helps me stay motivated and focus on My lifestyle changes, is how good I am starting to feel. Emotionally and Physically. I look at all the little things that have changed in my life since I have started my Journey with spark and it keeps me wanting more and keep going. So it is the little things that will get you to the next milestone
