At the start of the week make a veggie soup...because the main ingredients is vegetables, you can put as many as you want in it so it will fill you up on your dinners. If you make a tomato based soup, if you get bored half way through the week, there is nothing stopping you from adding a bit of cream/natural yogurt...still there won't be many calories and will be filing.
At the start of this journey I bought myself a goal dress. I have it hung on the back of my door so every morning I wake up it is the first thing I see... and when I walk through that door, it's like I am walking through the door to my journey of reaching my overall weight loss.
This product comes in six different mixtures of colours....but don't be fooled by the 'easiness' that is portrayed to get that perfect smoky eye..... It is a terrible product!!!! The concept is very good, as you don't even need a make up brush to apply, the texture of the shadow is far too creamy, immediately after your have put it on, you can feel the creases are going to end in disaster....and it does! By the end of the day all the colour shifts to the crease and looks a mess....DO NOT USE!
Before starting cooking get all your ingredients out and chopped and ready in bowls, as you add each one to the dish, put the bowl in the dishwasher, or just wash it in the sink, and when your finished cooking, your kitchen is still nice and tidy and clean :)
A friend of mine once said:
I use to have a habit that when an advert came on TV I would get up, go to the fridge and eat something out of it. It was a comfort thing I think, now I get up, look in the fridge, stop and think about it and then take nothing. I am still doing the habit of going to the fridge just not picking at the food any more and I still get the fulfilment of getting up and looking.
