I normally don't sit on the couch while watching TV. You can find me exercising on the floor or walking (Leslie Sansone style) while watching my favorite TV show.
I'm a procrastintor so I've decided to made a daily schedule each morning. I'm not going to obsess about completing my list but I think it will help. I sometimes write things in my planner but never get around to do them.
I have been taking my laptop outside and have been sparking on the deck. That way I get to enjoy sparking and nature at the same time. I'd rather be a deck nerd than be a kitchen table nerd!

I have found a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth. Instead of taking traditional vitamns (I have a hard time swallowing big pills) I take two adult gummy-type vitamins daily and caramel flavored calcium chews. It's like a double whamny, vitamins and sweets at the same time.

We have a small family (mostly out of towners) so there are few presents under the tree. To fix that, I wrap empty boxes and decorate them with ribbons and bows or used decorative boxes. It makes 'under the tree' more festive.
I have been maintaining for three weeks and am doing fine. My secret is just commonsense. I am continuing to track my food and exercise and it has been working. When I cheat (am trying to keep it to a minimum) I just have to be careful for the next few days.
