Change up your workout playlist often. Adding a new song, or mixing things up a bit, can often be enough to keep you moving on days when you just don't feel up to it.

When brushing my teeth, or washing my hands, I kick my legs up so my knees are even with my chest. I do this for 2min when brushing my teeth, and while singing the ABCs when washing my hands. It may be little, but every bit counts!
I'm sure now everyone has heard about gum chewing for weight loss. I have found that eating it after I eat my meal, that it keeps me from going back for seconds or thirds if I'm not really hungry. Just the act of chewing seems to keep me satisfied.
I have a hard time fitting in any sort of movement. By the end of the day, I'm so tired and I've managed to talk myself out of working out. So at work, I run up and down the stairs at lunch, get up to the printer every time instead of letting it build up, and walk around as much as I can. Sure beats...
