I like spaghetti squash instead of pasta. It is easy to prepare and is yummy with a simple homemade tomato/herb sauce.
Set aside your snacks for the day, it helps reduce over snacking.
Every time I make dinner, I make enough extra to fill two reusable containers (one for me & one for my husband) to reheat for lunch the next day. There's nothing like a tasty hot lunch instead of a boring sandwich.
