Visualisation

Every time you find yourself reaching for something sweet or fatty, visualise or say your goal instead. Most often than not I dont end up eating the treat. I use the word 'bikini' as my reminder. My work colleagues think it is hilarious but it works!

No eating late

If you haven't eaten dinner and it is late e.g after 9pm, hold off eating until the morning. Otherwise the food will just sit in your tummy. Also, it will save you a few calories.
