Fruits to replace snacks.

Craving something sugary during the week? Eat fruit! Fruit has as many natural sugars as candy and whatnot has added into it. All the sugar, none ofthe guilt!

Positive, positive, positive!

Never use negitive terms when referring to what you're eating. Negitive words= negitive thinking. So when you say "I like junk food." Well that's not really helpful now is it? "I eat food that isn't good for me." Good you've pinpointed a problem. Now you can work to figre out how to eat food that "is good for you." easier said than done, especially inside your own noggin, I know. But once you start, you may laugh at yourself, but it's better than feeling bummed like if you said things like junk.

Eat to lose?

I don't really remember where i heard of this, but if you behave five days out of the week and indulge more on the weekends, it reduces cravings and spikes metabolism. Also, it's a nifty reward for behaving five days out of the week!!
