You know how big dinner plates are getting now? Well I use our smaller plates to eat dinner, we also moved to smaller bowls not those huge bowls.... it has really helped...

I use an old loofah sponge keep it in my shower and every other day while showering I clean my shower. Every time we get out of the shower, we wipe it down.

Make sure to count every little thing you put into your mouth. It makes a huge difference at the end of the day. gum, mints, gum drop, bite of daughter's cake... once I did that it helped keep my weight at bay.
take time everyday just for you. In the morning, through the day, or right before bed.... just take a little quiet time. It is so important. Makes you feel much more refreshed and ready to take on the world.
I have found that if you use smaller plates you won't eat as much. I don't know what it is, but my body tells me I am full when I finish my plate.
If you find yourself at a plateau like I did for several months... and I will say I was working out really hard... I figured out that if I mix up my workouts I started losing... I did Turbo Jam one day, Biggest Loser the next, Walk a Home the next, Tae Bo the next....this way you surprise your body.
