snacks

When I buy a snack for me. I separate it into serving sizes before putting away. That way it is a treat and not a meal. I eat 2 snack a day, around 100 calories each, but no more than 200 calories. Add the snacks into the tracker right away so that you remember them when your eating.

It is easier in the first couple of months for me...

On a day that I eat more than I wanted I just view this as the day that I am resetting my brain and tricking it into loosing. They say that you should do this a least one or two days a week to make sure your body doesn't go into starvation mode.

Recipes

When I am just sitting and relaxing, I look up recipes and then read all the comments and add them to my planner. I have found that my husband loves the idea that I am making new dishes and had no clue that they were healthier. I never tried substituting applesauce for oil before. I tried it with...
