every day when i little thoughts come in determined to bring me down i focus on where i am even 1 day ago and think at least im trying and in 2 days or 1 day more i'll be even farther,...make the impossible possible,....you can do it
i find that some times just walking is relaxing But when your negative thoughts outway your positive ..at times to keep them at bay i go to the library and take out a couple of audio books usually mysteries and for the 40 minutes or how ever long i walk or even doing housework my mind isn't on things it might not be best concintraiting on but instead it's trying to solve the mystery or just listening to the story...try it it helps
after giving myself 2 days off it was really hard to get back in the groove so i learned 2 important lessons here 1. stay active early enough in the day to already log your activity and the 2 don't beat your self up about it get back on the horse anid keep riding...and the next..i read some where that anything that you ask for with love and faith can and will come true if you believe...and i do. i have seen courage here at sparks and have been shown encouragemnt..thanks everyone!
I was looking for a quick soup to make when none of the kids were home one chilly weekend and i discovered this one I took 2cups of chicken broth(college inn) and i previously made some 3cheese tortillini/when hot thin sliced red pepper-whn serving sprkl parm cheese and smile-had salad/garlic bread
