While at the gym, I often watch or 'sneak a peak' at what the personal trainers are doing with their clients. They rarely use the machines/cardio machines. They often use weights, and their own body weight. I have learned a few new tricks by watching them! It's like getting a personal trainer free!
About a year ago I bought Jillian Michaels DVD- 30 Day Shred. Since then I have bought any and all of her exercise DVDs. They are incredible. I have lost so much weight and kept it off. Great exercises. I highly recommend her DVDS.
