We need to set attainable goals. Then we need to keep focused on our goals to be able to reach them.

I had diet therapy and he always said 10 days. Go strict for 10 days to see how your body feels. When I would be tempted to cheat, I would say I could have it after the 10 days. It was long enough to build a good habit, and let me know my body feels better eating healthy (more energy, less pain)
I find that I learn so much when I teach others. I dig in to know the facts and it helps me learn more.
I also know if I am encouraging others it makes me feel energized and ready to keep going. So grab a friend by the hand and keep moving in the right direction. We can make a difference.

I need to look at what is getting me down so that I can take that weight off my shoulder and move on. It is hard to run a marathon with a bunch of bricks on your shoulde...
I take every thing out of the area I am cleaning (closet, desk etc.) then I wipe down the area so it is nice and clean. I start by putting back the most important items first. I go through every item. It is either save, garbage, or give away. It is all nice organized and clean when finished
Make small changes, and once you start if you want to do more go for it. It helps build up consistency And remember for every step in the positive healthy way it is one less step in the unhealthy lifestyle. Every step counts even if they are small.
