I struggle with motivation. To help myself keep motivated, I like to encourage others by making positive comments on blogs and in posts. I also like to read the SparkPages of SparkPeople Motivators, which can be found linked on the main SparkPages page.
I like to challenge myself to complete as many of the activities on SparkPeople.com as I can each day to maximize my SparkPoints. In this way, I read articles, log my food, exercise, and water, participate on the message boards, and respond to blogs more often. It helps with my motivation!
