I have two planners, and an entire organization system for work, school, the family, and for my diet and exercise. I spend the first cup of coffee with my system everyday that way I can plan my day, what I eat, how I want to exercise,, and anythings else that you can think of. Use them they work!!!
My child is my motivation. If I give her a healthy diet I should do the same for myself. We eat our fruits together. After a workout I have more energy to play with my daughter. To be active and healthy with my children is all the motivation I need. Oh yeah and my wedding dress I have to fit in!
I am always cleaning while I am cooking, by the time dinner is ready, all of the dishes are done and the counters are clean. It gives me more time with my family after dinner, and it keeps me form eating anything bad while i am making dinner.
