OK, I didn't come up with this, I read it in a magazine. just 20 minutes of sunlight a day (say during a walk) helps you gain seratonin (the happy hormone) and helps you absorb vitamin D among other things. When you're happy, you don't turn to food as much, and if you get your sunlight during a walk, you get your exercise in too!!! All leading to more weightloss. So, turn off those exercise tapes and go outside!
Sign up for a race. That's right, sign up and you'll be amazed at how motivated you'll be to train for it! You don't have to be fast, just go at your own pace. My races of choice are triathlons, which are fun and extremely motivating. But, you can choose a 5k or something smaller to start. Before no time, you'll be training for something bigger, and shedding those unwanted pounds and inches!
